Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with a passion for developing and sustaining sourcing relationships, as well as a commitment to excellence and accuracy.The Sourcer (Third-Party Associate) will play a key role in the organization, as they will be responsible for finding and engaging with a wide range of sources and vendors to ensure the team has access to the best talent and resources available.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with proven experience in developing and managing relationships with third-party vendors. They should also have strong communication skills and a passion for problem-solving. Additionally, they should be able to work independently and be able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
