TikTok is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager, Customer Service Platform to join our team! This individual will play a key role in developing and maintaining our customer service platform. They will be responsible for driving product development and leading initiatives for customer service enhancements, as well as monitoring customer service performance.The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 5 years of product management experience in a customer service environment. They will have extensive experience in developing customer service solutions and managing customer relations. They should be organized, have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The ability to think strategically, be creative and innovative in solving customer service issues is essential.If you are passionate about customer service and have the required qualifications, we would love to hear from you.
