Penetration Testing Lead

TikTok is looking for an experienced Penetration Testing Lead to join our Security Engineering team. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a solid background in information security, a strong technical aptitude, and the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse team of engineers.As the Penetration Testing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing the overall strategy for our penetration testing program, which includes both external and internal systems. You will be expected to develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our systems and networks, and identify and assess any potential security risks. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining security policies and procedures, as well as providing guidance and support to the Security Engineering team.To be a successful candidate, you must have a comprehensive understanding of penetration testing principles, existing tools, and methodologies. You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a security engineering role and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. An advanced degree or certifications such as OSCP, GWAPT, or GIAC are preferred.
