Machine Learning Engineer (CCR&VOC) Tech Lead

1. Develop and implement machine learning algorithms to improve content review and violation detection systems on Tik Tok platform.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and data science to identify and prioritize key areas for machine learning applications.
3. Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior and content to identify patterns and trends that can inform machine learning models.
4. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and natural language processing to continuously improve and innovate our systems.
5. Lead and mentor a team of machine learning engineers to effectively deliver projects and meet business goals.
6. Work closely with product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
7. Effectively communicate complex technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders.
8. Develop and maintain data pipelines for efficient data collection and processing.
9. Monitor and evaluate the performance of machine learning models and make necessary improvements.
10. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations while handling sensitive user data.
11. Collaborate with other tech leads and engineers to ensure seamless integration of machine learning models into the overall tech infrastructure.
12. Proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues or bugs in the machine learning systems.
13. Continuously conduct research and experiments to improve the accuracy and efficiency of machine learning models.
14. Participate in industry conferences and events to represent Tik Tok and showcase our advancements in machine learning technology.
15. Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for machine learning within the organization.
