HR Generalist

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple domestic and international stakeholders to support our continued growth and expansion. Manage key recruiting, headcount documentation, onboarding, employee life cycle and related HRIS and offline requirements (Workday, other internal tools). Advise individuals and people managers on employee relation activity such as probation, performance improvement plans, disciplinary processes and other business matters. Support people managers and individuals in the performance management process. Provide advice and guidance continuously to support optimal performance. Provide a great onboarding experience by working with the business to build curriculums, networks, experiences and pre/post onboarding material and surveys. Help coordinate graduate/non-grad programme activity including onboarding, rotating and placing grad/non-grad hires.
