
Engineering Manager, Ads Targeting
As the Ads Targeting Lead, you will influence the next generation ad targeting product by designing and building large-scale foundations for data processing and serving, and applied machine learning models to scale budgets by understanding user interest and intention. Effectively scale the engineering team by attracting and mentoring extraordinary people at various experience levels to grow a high performing and diverse team. Work with product managers to define ad targeting product strategy and features based on data-driven methods and industry trends. Design, optimize and implement ad targeting strategies; improve infrastructure design and machine-learning methods; maintain and troubleshoot offline and online ad targeting products. Extract, aggregate, and sync all pertinent data to generate audience insights and help advertisers discover the demographics, locations, devices, and interests that make up their remarketing lists.
6+ years of experience building scalable systems.
3+ years of engineering leadership experience in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment.
Strong industry experience in applied machine learning.
Extensive working experience with ads systems, including user modeling, CTR/CVR prediction, targeting, auction, retrieval, ranking, etc
