Reporting to the General Counsel, the Ecommerce Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice, guidance, and strategic counsel to all departments of the organization on a variety of ecommerce related topics. This unique opportunity requires an individual with a strong business acumen, excellent judgment, and the ability to provide strategic advice in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate should possess at least 8-10 years of relevant experience in providing legal advice related to ecommerce contracts, consumer protection, privacy, advertising, and other relevant areas. In addition, the successful candidate must have a law degree, be admitted to practice law in at least one jurisdiction, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. The Ecommerce Counsel should also be comfortable working in a highly dynamic and rapidly changing environment, and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
