Job Description

At TikTok, we are looking for a passionate and highly motivated Customer Experience Program Manager to join our team. With knowledge and experience in customer service, operations and program management, you'll be a critical member of our team and will be responsible for optimizing the customer experience.We are looking for an individual with at least 5 years of experience in customer service or customer experience, a track record of delivering customer service excellence, and an ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives. You should have a strong understanding of customer service processes, customer experience best practices, and a willingness to learn and stay current on industry trends. You must also be a strong leader and communicator, with the ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and prioritize effectively.In this role, you'll be responsible for developing customer experience programs, analyzing customer feedback, and making recommendations for improvement. You will also work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer service. If you have a passion for customer service and are ready to make an impact, then this is the job for you.
