This role requires a detailed-oriented and analytical individual who will be responsible for managing and analyzing our benefit data and reporting to ensure accuracy and consistency. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be very organized, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.The successful candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, plus at least 3 years of experience in Benefits Administration and/or Human Resources. Experience in data analysis, working with benefit systems, and project management are also required.
