Accounts Payable Specialist
TikTok is currently looking for a driven and meticulous Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Culver City. You will become an integral part of our global accounting team, working closely with the office in Beijing. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in Mandarin and English. Review and approve payment requests from global vendors on a daily basis. Review the financial terms of global contracts.Answer employees' questions on AP. Assist in solving employees' problems on AP and utilize payment flow. Deliver AP education to internal and external customers. Work closely and effectively with other departments within ByteDance to identify solutions and support business. Provide support for ad hoc AP matters.
At least 2 years of AP or reimbursement experience, preferably at a technology or Internet company.
Experience using Concur and Oracle is strongly preferred.
Professional working proficiency in Mandarin is strongly desired.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize, in a busy and dynamic environment with willingness to accept challenges
