Consulting Services Associate

The Consulting Services Associate will enhance the advisor relationship by working in tandem with the internal and external sales team. Review expense reports for accuracy and submit with all receipts to accounting Calendar Management. Assist outside sales team in scheduling meetings and accurate updates to calendar. Confirm existing meetings and the compliance requirements. Assist with local Corporate Sponsored Events; follow-up with invitations and monitor distribution of tickets. Order literature for upcoming meetings or as a follow-up to Financial Advisor meetings. Compile and distribute weekly marketing packet for the outside sales team General administrative needs for the outside sales team including: Coordinate and facilitate conference calls, compliance reviews, update weekly marketing packets, update meeting notes in systems and calendar, update spreadsheets and performance reports.
