Executive Technology Support Specialist

Serve as the primary technology point of contact for members of the executive team and the Executive Assistants who support them. Provide on-call technical support to onsite and remote users. Act as the subject matter expert for solving user problems with solid technical knowledge while adhering to company policies and standards. Ensure the highest levels of customer service in a fast-paced environment with a focus on resolving issues and problems quickly Provide proactive assistance with the setup, testing, and monitoring of high-priority meetings to ensure there are no issues. Troubleshoot complex issues and provide root cause analysis and tracking for all issues to prevent reoccurrence. Perform installations, replacements, upgrades, and other hardware/software related tasks with extreme attention to detail. Work with IT and Infrastructure team members and establish relationships cross-functionally to drive escalations to closure. Establish trust with the executive team by providing immediate technical support while maintaining confidentiality.
