College Success Tutor

Design and execute individualized tutoring plans to ensure students pass their class(es). Assist students with developing and executing effective study strategies. Assist students with reviewing class material, understanding homework and assignments, formulating ideas for papers or predicting potential test questions. Review papers, homework, or assignments for students and provide feedback. Conduct in-person tutoring in designated course(es) in group or individual settings. Remote tutoring may be required based on student needs. Track and manage student attendance for tutoring sessions and student progress. Report weekly meetings to the College Success Managers. Identify at-risk scholars, develop strategies, and execute plans to help scholars get back on-track to pass college classes. Manage a flexible schedule to meet caseload and scholar needs. Conduct other administrative tasks, as necessary.
