Category Development, Associate Manager
The mission of the team is to drive profitable growth by understanding our consumers, categories and customers better than any of our competitors. Create fact-based selling presentations using a variety of data sources to support key sales initiatives across the portfolio we support (Wonderful Pistachios & Almonds, POM Wonderful, and Wonderful Halos). Analyze, understand and provide thought leadership in category and competitive trends for assigned channels, brands, and accounts. Present actionable insights to sales managers, brand teams, retail buyers, and/or distributor partners as needed. Form strong working relationships and partnerships with brand, trade, and sales personnel of multiple operating companies.
Minimum two to three years work experience with experience in category management
Cross-functional knowledge, including sales, finance, and/or marketing is a plus
Experience with syndicated or panel data services such as IRI, Nielsen, or 84.51 preferred
