AP Specialist

Deliver a high volume of transactional work with accuracy and timeliness. Work on multiple Company ERP systems plus an Accounts Payable invoice routing software. Use expense software to audit expenses and provide analytical reports as needed. Monitor Accounts Payable and T&E mailboxes. Handle vendor correspondence via phone or email, ensuring timely and professional responses. Research and resolve a variety of routine internal and external inquiries concerning account status, including communicating the resolution of discrepancies to appropriate persons. Investigate and resolve problems associated with processing invoices and payments. Reconcile vendor account statements. Create and reconcile payment registers, wire packets and checks Void and re-issue payments as necessary. Provide excellent customer service and training about AP and Expense Reporting processes to both internal and external customers. Provide analytical reporting upon request.
