
Payroll Specialist (Workday)
In coordination with fellow Payroll team members, process full cycle payroll for 1,400 biweekly and 1,100 monthly employees in two FEINs employees following standard operating procedures and checklists. Maintain efficient payroll processes that complies with all Federal and State regulations. Update these processes as changes occur. Generate manual or on-demand checks as necessary. Manage all On-Cycle payroll input and internal reporting. Access, populate, validate, and load mass entries via EIB. Manage Workday business process notifications payroll tasks. Manage unsubmitted timesheets and late manager approvals. Review payroll data for errors. Run audit reports and prepare payroll preliminary reconciliation. Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions through electronic storage. Assist with year-end projects and audits.
4 + years payroll experience in a multistate, multi-FEIN environment
Solid foundation of payroll knowledge
Fundamental Payroll Practitioner (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
Experience with unions
Proven ability to work remotely
