Job Description

As a recruiting and branding thought leader, you will lead the evolution of the talent acquisition function at The Washington Post. Lead a high performing recruiting & branding team that can scale to the dynamic demands of a growing media & tech company. Oversee our employer branding, partnership events, talent sourcing, and candidate experience functions in alignment with The Post’s core message. Develop and drive the execution of a diversity & inclusion plan that results in a broad and diverse pipeline of prospective talent. Partner in the development of a long-term talent strategy and execution plan for securing high quality talent. Define and track consistent data-driven hiring metrics and goals. Interface and partner with clients to drive continuous improvement in quality and speed. Develop and coach hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and hiring, when needed.
