Job Description

We are currently looking for a Senior Backend and Devops Engineer to be part of our Arc Integrations team. The Arc Integrations team builds systems to speed up and reduce cost of large data migrations during onboarding of new clients. Design and build APIs. Work with internal and external data sources and APIs. Design and setup scalable, cost effective infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability. Work on bug fixing and improving system performance and reliability. Monitor and support applications deployed across multiple regions of the globe. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience

  • Proven backend development as a producer and consumer of web service APIs

  • Strong understanding of cloud computing services, preferably with AWS

  • Strong Devops experience, preferably with AWS

  • Experience working with multiple common web service architectures (REST, SOAP, RPC)
