- Assist in the planning and execution of all aspects of Disney weddings, including but not limited to coordinating with vendors, creating timelines, and managing budgets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to couples and their guests throughout the entire wedding planning process.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation relating to all aspects of the wedding planning process.
- Coordinate with various departments within the company to ensure all wedding details are seamlessly integrated and executed.
- Assist with on-site set up and coordination on the day of the wedding, ensuring that all details are executed flawlessly.
- Act as a liaison between the couple and vendors to ensure all requests and special accommodations are met.
- Continuously monitor and update wedding trends and industry standards to ensure that Disney weddings remain innovative and magical.
- Assist in the development of new wedding packages and offerings to enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote and advertise Disney weddings through various channels.
- Uphold the Disney brand and maintain the highest level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
Strong Organization And Time-Management Skills: The Wedding Assistant Must Be Able To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Role Requires Interacting With Clients, Vendors, And Other Team Members, So Effective Communication And A Friendly Demeanor Are Essential.
Experience In Event Planning Or Hospitality: Previous Experience In Planning And Executing Events, Especially Weddings, Is Highly Desired.
Attention To Detail: Weddings At Disney Are Known For Their Attention To Detail, And The Wedding Assistant Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure Every Aspect Of The Event Is Perfect.
Ability To Work Flexible Hours: Weddings May Take Place On Weekends Or Evenings, So Flexibility In Scheduling Is Important For This Role.
