VP, Cyber Security Assurance & Compliance

The Walt Disney Company is looking for a Vice President of Cyber Security Assurance & Compliance to join our team. We are in search of a passionate and experienced professional who will be responsible for driving the company’s cyber security assurance and compliance strategy and initiatives.This role requires an individual who possesses strong technical and operational knowledge of cyber security assurance and compliance, as well as a thorough understanding of best practices in the field. The successful candidate must have the ability to create and implement engaging and effective cyber security strategies and processes.The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in cyber security assurance and compliance, and a track record of success leading initiatives and driving change in the cyber security space. Responsibilities:

1. Create and implement engaging and effective cyber security strategies and processes.
2. Develop and maintain a comprehensive cyber security assurance and compliance program.
3. Monitor and evaluate cyber security threats and vulnerabilities.
4. Develop and maintain an incident response plan.
5. Create and maintain policies and procedures related to cyber security assurance and compliance.
6. Create and manage security awareness and training programs.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
9. Manage cyber security budgets and resources.
10. Provide subject matter expertise in cyber security assurance and compliance.
