
Supervisor, Artwork, Metadata & Packaging

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation, coordination, and execution of artwork, metadata, and packaging for our various products and projects. - Oversee the creation and coordination of artwork, metadata, and packaging for all Disney products and projects.
- Ensure all artwork, metadata, and packaging align with Disney's brand and quality standards.
- Manage a team of artists and designers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all artwork, metadata, and packaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and legal to ensure all artwork, metadata, and packaging meet project requirements.
- Develop and maintain project timelines and priorities to ensure timely and efficient completion of all tasks.
- Conduct quality control checks on all artwork, metadata, and packaging to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve artwork, metadata, and packaging processes.
- Provide regular reports to upper management on project progress, challenges, and recommendations.
- Mentor and train team members to develop their skills and ensure high-quality work.
- Manage project budgets and allocate resources appropriately to ensure cost-effective production.
- Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Uphold Disney's values and promote a positive and inclusive work culture within the team.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Disney's characters, stories, and brand to ensure accurate representation in all artwork, metadata, and packaging.
- Spearhead innovation and creativity in the development of new artwork, metadata, and packaging concepts.
- Act as a point of contact for any issues or concerns related to artwork, metadata, and packaging, and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Continuously monitor and improve processes to streamline artwork, metadata, and packaging production.
- Adhere to all legal and copyright regulations in the creation and use of artwork, metadata, and packaging.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure all artwork, metadata, and packaging comply with relevant standards and guidelines.
- Represent Disney in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Bachelor's Degree In Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role Within The Artwork, Metadata, And Packaging Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Copyright Laws And Intellectual Property Rights.
Proficiency In Adobe Creative Suite And Other Design Software.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
