As a Stage Manager, you will play a crucial role in the production of our world-renowned live shows and events. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment will be key to your success in this role.   1. Oversee the planning and execution of all stage-related elements for live shows and events, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable experience for guests.
  2. Collaborate with directors, performers, technicians, and other production team members to ensure all aspects of the show run smoothly and efficiently.
  3. Create and maintain detailed show schedules, including cue sheets, rehearsal schedules, and performance schedules.
  4. Manage the stage crew and delegate responsibilities to ensure timely and accurate set changes, prop placements, and other necessary tasks.
  5. Coordinate with other departments, such as lighting, sound, and costume, to ensure all technical elements are in place for each performance.
  6. Conduct regular safety checks and ensure all necessary safety protocols are followed by the cast and crew.
  7. Communicate effectively with all team members, providing clear and timely updates on show progress and any necessary changes.
  8. Anticipate and troubleshoot any potential issues that may arise during performances and have a plan in place to quickly resolve them.
  9. Maintain accurate and organized show documentation, including scripts, blocking notes, and production reports.
  10. Continuously seek ways to improve the show experience and provide suggestions for future productions.
