  1. Develop and implement security and compliance strategies and policies to safeguard the company, employees, and guests from potential security threats.
  2. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential security risks and develop mitigation plans.
  4. Monitor and analyze security systems and processes, identifying any gaps or vulnerabilities and taking necessary action to address them.
  5. Design and deliver training programs to educate employees on security protocols and compliance requirements.

  13. Mentor and train junior security team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  14. Represent the company in security and compliance-related meetings and conferences.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Security-Related Field, With A Strong Focus On Compliance And Risk Management.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Standards, Such As Hipaa, Pci-Dss, And Iso 27001.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Security Policies And Procedures, As Well As Conducting Security Audits And Assessments.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Experience With Security Tools And Technologies, Such As Firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems, And Vulnerability Scanners.
