- Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing and maintaining data governance policies and procedures.

Extensive Experience In Data Engineering: The Candidate Should Possess At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Data Engineering, With A Proven Track Record Of Designing And Developing Large-Scale Data Systems.
Strong Technical Background: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background In Database Design, Data Warehousing, Etl Tools, And Cloud Technologies Such As Aws Or Azure.
Leadership And Management Skills: As A Sr Manager, The Candidate Should Have Exceptional Leadership And People Management Skills, With A Demonstrated Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team Of Data Engineers.
Business Acumen: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Business Processes And How Data Can Drive Decision-Making. They Should Be Able To Work Closely With Business Stakeholders To Identify Data Needs And Provide Solutions That Align With Business Objectives.
