The successful candidate should have experience with enterprise applications and a strong commitment to providing top-notch customer service. To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service or support role, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Additionally, the successful candidate should have experience with SQL and scripting, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. A strong sense of customer service and experience in a fast-paced environment is also essential. Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to enterprise applications • Utilize SQL and scripting to automate processes and functions • Monitor and manage enterprise applications • Develop new strategies for optimizing and improving applications • Create and maintain technical documentation • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a successful customer experience • Analyze data to identify trends and areas of improvement • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail • Remain up-to-date with industry best practices and new technologies
