- Manage and maintain the scheduling and utilization of all spaces within The Walt Disney Company, including offices, conference rooms, and common areas.
- Collaborate with department heads and employees to understand their space needs and make recommendations for optimal utilization and efficiency.
- Assist in the planning and execution of space reconfigurations and renovations, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
- Conduct regular space audits to ensure accurate data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for space-related projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Support the development and implementation of space management policies and procedures.
- Monitor and track space-related expenses and provide regular reports to management.
