- Use data and metrics to track the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in sourcing and recruitment and apply them to enhance the company's talent acquisition processes.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive candidate information.
- Continuously strive to improve and streamline the sourcing process to ensure a positive candidate experience and an efficient hiring process.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sourcing And Procurement, Preferably In The Entertainment Or Media Industry.
Strong Negotiation Skills And Ability To Develop And Maintain Relationships With Vendors.
Knowledge Of Sourcing Strategies And Best Practices, Including Cost Analysis, Contract Negotiation, And Supplier Diversity.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Meet Tight Deadlines.
