- Monitor and maintain the reliability and stability of all systems and applications within The Walt Disney Company.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or incidents that may impact the performance of our systems.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve system performance and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential areas of improvement.
- Conduct regular system performance and health checks, and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Design and implement tools for automated monitoring, alerting, and reporting.

- Develop and maintain documentation and procedures for system maintenance and troubleshooting.

- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure the reliability of third-party systems and services.
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and leadership to provide updates on system performance and any potential risks or issues.

- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security standards to ensure the protection of sensitive data and systems.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Large-Scale Production Environment.
Proficiency In Coding And Scripting Languages Such As Python, Java, And Bash.
Strong Understanding Of Cloud Technologies And Experience With Managing Cloud Infrastructure, Preferably On Aws Or Gcp.
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Troubleshoot Complex Technical Issues In A Fast-Paced Environment.
