  1. Operate and maintain all show control systems and equipment for live shows and attractions.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to ensure seamless show performances.
  3. Collaborate with other technicians and show directors to execute show cues and ensure all technical elements are in sync.
  4. Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on show control systems and equipment.
  5. Keep accurate records of show control system maintenance, repairs, and updates.
  6. Keep up-to-date with the latest technology and advancements in show control systems to continuously improve show performances.
  7. Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed during show performances.
  8. Train and supervise other technicians in show control procedures and equipment operation.
  9. Assist in the development and implementation of new shows and attractions, providing technical expertise and recommendations.
  10. Communicate effectively with other departments, including audio, lighting, and special effects, to ensure a cohesive overall show production.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, attendance, and performance.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including show control equipment and storage areas.
  13. Attend rehearsals and technical meetings to provide input and support for show control operations.
  14. Be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support show performances and maintenance.
  15. Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience Operating And Troubleshooting Show Control Systems In A Live Entertainment Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Programming And Scripting Languages Such As Qlab, Python, And C++.

  • Familiarity With Audio, Video, And Lighting Equipment Used In Theatrical Productions.

  • Ability To Work Collaboratively With Other Technicians, Performers, And Production Teams.

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Work Under Tight Deadlines In A Fast-Paced Environment.
