
Service Engineer (Electrical & Mechanical Engineering)

- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on a variety of attractions, ensuring they are operating at peak performance and meeting safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical and mechanical systems, utilizing technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with other engineers and team members to develop and implement innovative solutions for enhancing attraction experiences.
- Stay up-to-date on industry advancements and trends in electrical and mechanical engineering, and apply this knowledge to improve attraction efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation and reports on maintenance and repair tasks, as well as any changes or upgrades made to attractions.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, both in the workshop and when conducting repairs on attractions in the park.
- Work closely with other departments, such as Operations and Design, to ensure seamless communication and coordination in maintaining and improving attraction systems.
- Provide technical support and training to other team members and cast members on attraction systems and procedures.
- Proactively identify potential issues and make recommendations for preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold the values and standards of The Walt Disney Company at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Maintenance And Repair Of Electrical And Mechanical Equipment.
Strong Knowledge Of Electrical And Mechanical Systems, Including Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills.
Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Drawings And Schematics.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Other Team Members And Effectively Communicate With Clients And Stakeholders.
