- Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless execution of performances and events.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on proper equipment usage and safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during performances.
- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal functionality.

Extensive Technical Knowledge And Experience In Operating And Maintaining Theatrical Equipment And Systems, Including Lighting, Sound, Rigging, And Special Effects.
Proven Ability To Lead And Supervise A Team Of Technicians, Delegating Tasks And Ensuring Efficient And Safe Execution Of All Technical Aspects Of Live Performances And Events.
Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues Quickly And Effectively In A High-Pressure, Fast-Paced Environment.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Artists, Production Teams, And Other Departments To Ensure Seamless Execution Of Technical Elements.
Previous Experience Working In A Large-Scale Theater Or Entertainment Venue, With A Thorough Understanding Of Safety Protocols And Regulations Related To Electrical, Rigging, And Other Technical Operations.
