  1. Develop and execute strategic communications initiatives for The Walt Disney Company.
  2. Serve as a key spokesperson for the company, representing Disney in media interviews and public events.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key stakeholders.
  4. Craft compelling and engaging messaging for various communication channels, including press releases, social media, and internal communications.
  5. Monitor and analyze media coverage and industry trends to inform communication strategies.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
  7. Identify and pursue opportunities for positive media coverage and brand partnerships.
  8. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all communications align with Disney's values and mission.
  9. Manage crisis communications and provide guidance to senior leadership in times of sensitive issues.
  10. Train and coach team members on effective communication strategies and best practices.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in the field of communications and public affairs.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve communication strategies to ensure maximum impact and effectiveness.
  13. Represent Disney at industry events and conferences.
  14. Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to identify and leverage storytelling opportunities.
  15. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to develop and execute communication plans.
  16. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on communication and reputation management matters.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Communications Or Public Affairs, Preferably In A Corporate Or Media Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Media Relations, Crisis Communications, And Social Media Strategy.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Create And Deliver Compelling Messaging To A Variety Of Audiences.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Executing Strategic Communication Plans, As Well As Managing Multiple Projects And Priorities Concurrently.
