  3. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to gather necessary information for cost estimation.
  4. Analyze project plans, designs, and specifications to identify potential cost risks and opportunities.

  6. Create and maintain project cost tracking systems to monitor project budget and expenses.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Project Cost Estimation And Control, Preferably In The Entertainment Or Construction Industry.

  • Proficient In Industry-Specific Software And Tools Such As Primavera P6, Costx, And Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong Understanding Of Project Management Principles And Techniques, Including Scheduling, Budgeting, And Risk Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With Experience Presenting Complex Cost Estimates To Stakeholders And Senior Management.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Construction Management, Or A Related Field. Professional Certifications Such As Certified Cost Professional (Ccp) Or Project Management Professional (Pmp) Are Preferred.
