Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Project Or Program Management, With A Focus On Large-Scale, Complex Projects.

  • Proven Track Record Of Success In Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Entertainment Industry, Particularly In Regards To The Disney Brand And Values.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Manage Relationships.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Business, Management, Or Entertainment, With A Master's Degree Preferred.
