  1. Conducting thorough research and analysis of laws, regulations, and policies to ensure compliance for all aspects of Disney's operations.
  2. Assisting in the development and implementation of compliance programs and initiatives to promote a culture of integrity within the company.
  3. Collaborating with various departments and teams to identify potential compliance risks and provide guidance on mitigating those risks.
  4. Conducting internal audits and reviews to assess compliance with company policies and procedures.
  5. Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and other materials to support the compliance efforts of the company.
  6. Providing training and education to employees on compliance-related topics to promote a strong understanding of ethical standards.
  7. Maintaining accurate and organized records of compliance activities and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Communicating and liaising with external parties, such as regulatory agencies and legal counsel, as needed.
  9. Staying up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure Disney's compliance efforts are in line with current standards.
  10. Assisting with any other tasks or projects related to compliance and ethical standards as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Paralegal, With At Least 3 Years In A Global Ethics And Compliance Management Role.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Legal And Regulatory Requirements Related To Ethics And Compliance In Global Markets.

  • Strong Understanding Of Corporate Governance And Risk Management Principles.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Complex Legal Concepts To Non-Legal Stakeholders.
