  1. Develop and implement workforce management strategies and plans in alignment with the overall company goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct regular analysis of workforce data to identify trends, anticipate future needs, and make informed decisions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of workforce management strategies with other business functions.
  4. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of workforce management professionals.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR, Finance, and Operations.
  6. Develop and maintain workforce management policies, procedures, and best practices.
  7. Continuously monitor and evaluate workforce management processes and systems, and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  9. Forecast and manage labor budgets to ensure optimal staffing levels.
  10. Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  11. Conduct regular training and development programs for workforce management staff.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in workforce management.
  13. Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations to drive business success.
  14. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and innovation.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Workforce Management: A Senior Manager At The Walt Disney Company Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Workforce Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large And Diverse Teams.
