- Develop and implement workforce management strategies and plans in alignment with the overall company goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular analysis of workforce data to identify trends, anticipate future needs, and make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of workforce management strategies with other business functions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of workforce management professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR, Finance, and Operations.
- Develop and maintain workforce management policies, procedures, and best practices.
