  1. Develop and implement labor relations strategies and policies in alignment with the company's values and goals.
  2. Manage and maintain positive relationships with labor unions and bargaining units.
  3. Monitor and interpret labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate potential risks.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and negotiate collective bargaining agreements.
  5. Advise and support management on labor relations issues and provide guidance on collective bargaining strategies.
  6. Conduct research and analysis to identify industry trends and best practices in labor relations.
  7. Provide training and development opportunities to managers and supervisors on labor relations topics.
  8. Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
  9. Develop and maintain effective communication channels with employees and labor unions.
  10. Monitor and analyze labor relations metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for action.
  11. Represent the company in labor-related legal proceedings and negotiations.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve labor relations processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to labor relations.
  14. Mentor and coach junior team members on labor relations best practices and strategies.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that upholds the company's values and promotes employee engagement.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Labor Relations, Preferably In A Large, Multi-National Company.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Labor Laws And Regulations At The Local, State, And Federal Levels, As Well As Understanding Of International Labor Standards.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Negotiations With Labor Unions, Including The Ability To Develop And Implement Effective Strategies For Managing Labor Disputes.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team Of Labor Relations Professionals.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. Advanced Degree Or Certification In Labor Relations Or Human Resources Preferred.
