  1. Develop and implement comprehensive asset protection strategies to safeguard the company's physical, financial, and intellectual assets.
  2. Oversee and manage a team of asset protection and risk management professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team's success.
  3. Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security measures and protocols to ensure the safety and security of employees, guests, and company assets.
  5. Monitor and analyze data and trends to identify areas of improvement and implement proactive measures to prevent potential risks.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in asset protection and risk management to continuously improve and enhance the company's strategies and procedures.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as law enforcement agencies and security vendors, to ensure effective collaboration and support in emergency situations.
  8. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and reports on asset protection and risk management activities, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  9. Develop and conduct training programs to educate employees on asset protection and risk management protocols and procedures.
  10. Serve as a point of contact for any security-related incidents and lead investigations to gather evidence and make recommendations for improvement.
  11. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to asset protection and risk management.
  12. Represent the company in external meetings, conferences, and events related to asset protection and risk management.
  13. Identify and recommend cost-effective security solutions and tools to improve the company's overall security posture.
  14. Foster a culture of safety and security by promoting awareness and accountability among employees and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Security Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Experience In Asset Protection And Risk Management, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices And Trends In Asset Protection And Risk Management.

  • Experience Leading And Managing A Team Of Security Professionals.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Executives.
