Responsibilities:

1. Provide independent and objective assurance on the effectiveness of risk management, controls, and governance processes.
2. Analyze and evaluate the company’s operations and objectives.
3. Identify key risks and provide recommendations for improvement.
4. Develop audit plans for integrated audits.
5. Execute integrated audit engagements in accordance with auditing standards.
6. Review audit findings and provide recommendations for corrective action.
7. Prepare and present audit reports to management.
8. Maintain and monitor internal control systems.
9. Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements.
10. Develop audit plans and procedures.
