As part of our Engineering department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our theme parks, resorts, and other entertainment venues.   1. Perform daily inspections and maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  3. Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to develop and implement preventative maintenance plans for all rides and attractions.
  4. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of all safety protocols and procedures, and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  5. Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on proper maintenance procedures and techniques.
  6. Monitor and control inventory of spare parts and materials, and make recommendations for necessary purchases.
  7. Utilize computerized maintenance management systems to track and document all work performed.
  8. Conduct regular inspections and testing of emergency systems and equipment to ensure readiness and compliance.
  9. Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and innovations, and make recommendations for implementing new technologies to enhance efficiency and performance.
  10. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company and its values to guests and fellow team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Marine Engineering Role.

  • Proficiency In Operating And Maintaining Marine Propulsion Systems, Electrical Systems, And Auxiliary Equipment.

  • Knowledge Of International Maritime Regulations And Safety Standards.

  • Strong Leadership And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
