  1. Develop and implement transportation demand management strategies to reduce commuter emissions within The Walt Disney Company.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to educate and promote sustainable transportation practices within the company.
  3. Monitor and analyze transportation data to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
  4. Communicate with employees and stakeholders to gather feedback and address concerns related to transportation and emissions.
  5. Conduct research on emerging sustainable transportation technologies and initiatives to stay current and make recommendations for implementation.
  6. Act as a company representative and advocate for sustainable transportation practices at industry conferences and events.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and organizations to support transportation initiatives.
  8. Create and deliver presentations and training materials to educate employees on sustainable transportation practices.
  9. Work closely with the Environmental Sustainability team to align transportation initiatives with overall company sustainability goals.
  10. Monitor and report on the progress and success of transportation demand management strategies and initiatives.
  11. Stay updated on local, state, and federal regulations related to transportation and emissions and ensure compliance.
  12. Continuously look for ways to improve and innovate transportation practices within the company.
  13. Serve as a role model for environmental sustainability and promote a culture of sustainability within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Transportation Demand Management And Commuter Emissions Reduction Strategies.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Emissions And Transportation.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Emissions Reduction Programs In A Corporate Setting.
