  1. Develop and implement strategies to promote sustainable transportation options for employees and guests of The Walt Disney Company.
  2. Monitor and track carbon emissions from transportation activities and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable transportation practices into business operations.
  4. Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to sustainable transportation and emissions reduction.
  5. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders about sustainable transportation initiatives and progress.
  6. Analyze data and provide recommendations for reducing carbon emissions and improving transportation efficiency.
  7. Create and maintain relationships with transportation partners and vendors to ensure sustainable practices are being implemented.
  8. Develop and conduct training programs for employees on sustainable transportation options and practices.
  9. Monitor and report on the progress and impact of sustainable transportation initiatives.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve upon current strategies to meet company goals for reducing carbon emissions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Transportation Demand Management And Commuter Emissions Reduction Strategies.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Regulations Related To Transportation And Emissions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Internal Teams And External Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Transportation And Emissions Reduction Initiatives.
