  1. Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures that align with the overall goals and objectives of The Walt Disney Company.
  2. Oversee and manage all aspects of the quality assurance process for products and services, including testing, monitoring, and reporting.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, design, and engineering, to ensure quality standards are met and maintained.
  4. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify any areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  5. Monitor industry trends and advancements in quality assurance techniques to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  6. Foster a culture of quality and excellence by providing training, guidance, and support to team members.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure quality standards are met throughout the supply chain.
  8. Communicate quality metrics and trends to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve the quality assurance program to meet the evolving needs and expectations of guests and stakeholders.
  11. Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching to support their development and growth.
  12. Represent The Walt Disney Company and its brand in all quality-related matters, maintaining the company's reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Engineering, Computer Science, Or Business Administration.

  • Prior Experience In A Quality Assurance Or Quality Control Role, Preferably In A Similar Industry Or Company.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Quality Management Principles And Practices, Including Iso 9001 Standards.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Address Quality Issues Effectively.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
