  1. Develop and implement strategic publicity plans to promote The Walt Disney Company and its various content across multiple media platforms.
  2. Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure coverage and positive publicity for the company.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling and creative storytelling strategies that align with the company's brand and values.
  4. Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive positive media coverage and enhance the company's image.
  5. Monitor and analyze media coverage and industry trends to identify potential risks and develop crisis communication plans.
  6. Manage and oversee all aspects of media events, including press conferences, red carpet premieres, and junkets.
  7. Create and distribute press materials, including press releases, media alerts, and fact sheets.
  8. Serve as a company spokesperson and effectively communicate key messages to the media.
  9. Work closely with talent, filmmakers, and other stakeholders to coordinate media appearances and interviews.
  10. Continuously evaluate and adjust publicity strategies to ensure maximum impact and reach.
  11. Manage and track publicity budget and expenses.
  12. Mentor and manage junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and grow in their roles.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to constantly improve and innovate publicity efforts.
  14. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  15. Uphold the company's values and standards in all external communications and interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Public Relations Or Marketing, Preferably In The Entertainment Industry

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Executing Publicity Campaigns And Managing Media Relationships.
