- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key messaging and storytelling opportunities that align with business objectives.
- Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and other materials to effectively communicate key messages and news to media outlets.
- Monitor and track media coverage and industry trends to identify potential risks or opportunities and provide recommendations for proactive and reactive responses.
- Serve as a spokesperson and represent the company in media interviews, press conferences, and other public events.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and community organizations.
- Plan and execute media events, press tours, and other publicity initiatives to generate buzz and excitement around Disney projects.
- Oversee the development and distribution of press materials and assets, such as images, videos, and press releases.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in public relations to continuously improve and innovate Disney's PR strategies.
- Manage and allocate budgets for PR campaigns and initiatives, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
- Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and expertise in the field of public relations.
Bachelor's Degree In Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Public Relations, Preferably In A Corporate Or Agency Setting.
Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Craft Compelling Messaging And Effectively Communicate With Media Outlets.
Experience Managing And Executing Successful Pr Campaigns And Events.
