- Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve guest experiences across all Disney properties and businesses.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to execute improvement initiatives.
- Conduct thorough analysis and research to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for improvement efforts.
- Monitor and track progress of improvement projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Oversee the implementation of new processes and procedures to enhance guest experiences.
- Identify and resolve any potential issues or roadblocks that may arise during improvement projects.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans and documentation for all improvement initiatives.
- Communicate progress, results, and key insights to relevant stakeholders and leadership.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in order to continuously innovate and improve our guest experiences.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and encourage team members to contribute ideas and suggestions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the Disney brand and ensure all improvement efforts align with the company's values and goals.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with other program managers and leaders across the company to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to improvement initiatives.
- Represent The Walt Disney Company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project And Program Management, With A Focus On Continuous Improvement And Customer Experience.
Knowledge And Experience In Implementing Lean Six Sigma Methodologies And Tools.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage Cross-Functional Teams.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
