  1. Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve guest experiences across all Disney properties and businesses.
  2. Lead and manage cross-functional teams to execute improvement initiatives.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis and research to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
  4. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for improvement efforts.
  5. Monitor and track progress of improvement projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  6. Oversee the implementation of new processes and procedures to enhance guest experiences.
  7. Identify and resolve any potential issues or roadblocks that may arise during improvement projects.
  8. Create and maintain detailed project plans and documentation for all improvement initiatives.
  9. Communicate progress, results, and key insights to relevant stakeholders and leadership.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in order to continuously innovate and improve our guest experiences.
  11. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and encourage team members to contribute ideas and suggestions.
  12. Maintain a strong understanding of the Disney brand and ensure all improvement efforts align with the company's values and goals.
  13. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members to support their professional growth and development.
  14. Collaborate with other program managers and leaders across the company to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to improvement initiatives.
  15. Represent The Walt Disney Company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project And Program Management, With A Focus On Continuous Improvement And Customer Experience.

  • Knowledge And Experience In Implementing Lean Six Sigma Methodologies And Tools.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
