- Maintain a thorough understanding of project timelines and deadlines, and proactively identify and address any potential issues or delays.
- Monitor production progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Hire, train, and manage production staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain open communication with all team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Develop and implement effective production processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in production technology, and make recommendations for improvement and innovation.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure all deliverables meet Disney's high standards.
- Represent Disney in a professional and positive manner in all interactions with internal and external partners.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Production Management, Preferably In The Entertainment Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.
Extensive Knowledge Of Production Processes And Techniques, Including Budgeting And Scheduling.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Various Departments And External Partners.
Familiarity With Disney's Brand And Values, As Well As A Passion For Creating High-Quality And Engaging Content For Audiences Of All Ages.
