As a Production Assistant, you will work closely with our talented production team to ensure that every aspect of our projects runs smoothly and efficiently.   1. Assist in the coordination and organization of all aspects of production, including scheduling, budgeting, and logistics.
  2. Work closely with the production team to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  3. Help to create and maintain production schedules, call sheets, and other necessary documents.
  4. Coordinate and communicate with various departments within the company, including but not limited to creative, finance, and legal.
  5. Help to maintain a positive and collaborative work environment within the production team.
  6. Collaborate with the production team to ensure all necessary materials and resources are available for each project.
  7. Assist in casting and talent coordination, including scheduling auditions and managing contracts.
  8. Conduct research and gather information to support the production team's decision-making process.
  9. Attend production meetings and take detailed notes for distribution to the team.
  10. Help to oversee and manage production budgets, including tracking expenses and submitting budget reports.
  11. Ensure all necessary permits, releases, and other legal requirements are obtained for filming locations and talent.
  12. Assist with the coordination and execution of filming schedules, including managing crew and talent schedules.
  13. Help to coordinate and manage post-production tasks, including editing, sound mixing, and visual effects.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with team members, talent, and external partners.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline production processes and procedures.
