- Work closely with licensors and manufacturers to ensure products meet Disney's standards for quality, safety, and brand integrity.
- Manage product development timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, licensors, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Vendors.
Bachelor's Degree In Product Design, Fashion Design, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Product Development, Preferably In The Footwear, Accessories, Or Luggage Industry.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Market Trends And Consumer Preferences In The Fashion Industry.
