- Develop and execute product roadmaps for the company's machine learning platform, in line with business goals and customer needs.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, and designers, to drive the development and implementation of innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with various business units and stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, and incorporate them into the product strategy.
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in machine learning technology, and leverage that knowledge to inform product decisions.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the ML platform.
- Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and senior leadership, highlighting key achievements and addressing any challenges.
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features and updates.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective product messaging and positioning.
- Mentor and develop junior product managers, providing guidance and support in their professional growth.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the product management team.
- Act as a subject matter expert on machine learning technology and product development, providing guidance and expertise to the wider organization.
Extensive Experience In Product Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Technology Or Media Industry. They Should Have A Strong Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Products Through Their Lifecycle.
Expertise In Machine Learning And Ai: The Principal Product Manager Should Have In-Depth Knowledge And Understanding Of Machine Learning And Artificial Intelligence Technologies. They Should Be Able To Leverage This Expertise To Drive The Development And Enhancement Of Ml Platform Products.
Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Senior Role, The Principal Product Manager Will Be Expected To Lead And Manage A Team Of Product Managers And Cross-Functional Teams. Strong Leadership Skills, The Ability To Mentor And Motivate Team Members, And The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Stakeholders Are Essential Qualifications For This Role.
